I booked online is my reservation confirmed? The reservation system does not take into account things like battery level and so it is necessary that you confirm availability prior to booking.

Who is driving? YOU ARE. You will receive on the water instruction prior to launch. NO boating license is required. NO boating experience required. Our boats are very easy to operate, similar to driving a golf cart. The only requirement is the driver must be 21 years of age or older with a standard driver's license and clean driving record.
Where do I park? Dock 52 offers free parking or there are several paid lots in the surrounding area.

Can I bring food and drink? You are welcome to bring your own food and drinks, including a cooler. There are no open container laws prohibiting possession or consumption of alcohol on your boat or other vessel. It is important to note, however, that the same laws apply to the captain as the driver of a motor vehicle; If you’re over the CA legal limit, you can receive a DUI. The waters are very patrolled.

Can I decorate my boat? Yes, you can decorate your boat to make this occasion extra special with banners, pillows and tablescape. Unfortunately, you cannot bring balloons since they are prohibited. Simple, easy to remove and clean up decorations are welcome. We do not allow tape, glitter, confetti, sprinkled flower petals or any type of decoration that could cause much work or time to clean up.

Do you have bathrooms? Bathrooms are available until sunset. We do not have lockers available at this time. We would recommend leaving any valuables at home or locked in your car.

What is the cancellation policy? Guests may cancel or reschedule with 10 days advance notice. 6% will be deducted for cancellations. 100% refunds will be granted in the event of a Small Craft Warning.
What is a host? A host delivers the boat to you. The host does not stay on the boat or drive the boat. They will guide you to the boat and will be your contact throughout your ride.

Are dogs welcome? A maximum of 2 dogs, weighing 50lbs or less are welcome aboard.
​Are we allowed to stop or dock the boat once we leave? Rides lasting longer than 2 hours may dock for a restroom break. We will review this with you.

Coolers and S'mores Maker - A cooler or s'mores is made available on a first come, first serve basis. They need to be requested at least 24 hours in advance.​ Ice and actual s'mores are not provided.

Do the boats have a sound system? Boats offer a stereo with BlueTooth. You'll want to bring your own speaker if you want a strong system.

Are life vests provided? --> Yes. All of our vessels have adult life jackets on the vessel, and our staff provides all children under the age of 13 with a life jacket. Infants in car seats or baby carriers are not required to wear a life vest, but one will be provided anyway.

What time should we arrive before our Electric Voyage? --> Give yourself 15-20 minutes. This will give you time to park, unload, sign-in, and be on your way with no delay.

How many people per boat? Per USCG regulation12 people are allowed on the boat. This includes infants and children.
